    ARK Survival Evolved Pre order Skins not Redeemable


    I got my pre order incentive codes for Ark Survival Evolved, but I cannot redeem them, it gives me an "Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page" error, but Gamestop has no way to redeem the codes,
    I talked to support and they pointed me here and said my codes were active, but found it odd that i could not redeem them.

    The ARK twitter confimed that the codes are currently being published and they will be active later on. I do not require any assistance at this point.
