Ark Survival Evolved Game Preview

Ark Survival Evolved won't save my progress on the games. Problem is it is telling me to RESET Console which tells me it could erase my accounts, saved games settings etc. It is giving me 2 options ( Reset and remove I everything) or ( reset and keep my
games and apps) Not sure what to do

I Purchased ARK: Survival Evolved (Game Preview) in xbox live store, But .. did not receive my 1250 points . where is my points?

А тем временем ARK: Survival Evolved подорожал почти вдвое ( с 1399 руб. до 2499 руб. ). Игра сейчас доступна в предварительной версии (Game Preview), на этот год намечен релиз окончательной версии. Возможно, дело в этом ?

The reset is required when the data doesn't sync or there are problems with the current saved data. In any event I suggest you to try reset and keep games and apps. Keep in mind you might lose game progress in both events.

Please be patient it looks like the last update for this game introduced a game save problem, Please see the attached link for details.

Ark Survival Evolved is a full game, and Ark Extinction is an add-on. Your title and description are contrary to each other and so I'm confused.

If you purchased Ark Survival Evolved then you should be just able to play it. However, if you purchased Ark Extinction then you must also purchase Ark
Survival Evolved.

Currently, Ark: Survival Evolved is part of Xbox Games Preview, which means that the game can only be downloaded in regions in which the Games Preview programme is available. Unfortunately, Games Preview is currently unavailable in the Netherlands, so you
will be unable to download Ark until either Games Preview comes to NL or Ark is released as a full game.

Are you a preview member by any chance? I am and im having that exact issue with ARK: Survival Evolved. Its seems that the latest preview model breaks something which causes an error for EA access games, Game preview gamed and any with a trial.
