Ark Survival Evolved Console Commands for Xbox One on PC dedicated server not working?

I'm using my PC to host a dedicated server for my friends and I, but play it through my Xbox One. I'm having an issue with the bloom and the light shafts and the sky quality causing issues with visuals due to their brightness. I've tried logging admin cheat
commands for bloom quality and light shafts and the sky quality while in single player, and they work. I've been told that doing this in single player, then joining another server should carry these settings over, it is not doing this for me when I switch
to my server. I've also tried using the admin cheat commands while in my dedicated server, before and after designating myself as an admin for the server, and nothing happens except the little chat box command showing that an admin command was attempted. I've
tried it without "cheat" in front, I've tried it with "cheat" in front, and I've tried it with "admincheat" in front of these commands, still nothing.

How do I get these commands to work in my situation?
Please don't just tell me to do any of the things I've listed above that I've already tried.

If you haven't figured it out yet, place admincheat in front of the command, ie
admincheat r.bloomquality 0

I know exactly what you're talking about. My friend and I recently got back into Ark and experienced the same thing. The commands did work at one point because that's what we did so I can verify that is correct. However it seems they've taken that luxury
away and unfortunately we have yet to figure out how to correct the issue. It seems an in game problem and not so much an Xbox issue which we have yet to discover.

Lame... Thanks for the reply. Hopefully they fix the issue since PC can just toggle it on their options menu from what I've seen. The bloom has ALWAYS been an issue in this game since they put it in, and it's ALWAYS been a complaint of everyone who plays
yet they still keep the default setting to blindingly bright instead of what everyone wants, which is basically, no damn glare. Oh well... Maybe one day they'll fix it.... Ha... Ya right...
