Ark Survival Evolved closing by itself and returning me to Xbox dashboard

When I load up my save game on Ark Survival Evolved it closes itself and returns me to the Xbox dashboard when I move around or do something

I Purchased ARK: Survival Evolved (Game Preview) in xbox live store, But .. did not receive my 1250 points . where is my points?

Hello TheOnlyWizard I I am sorry to hear about this but from what I can infer this is most likely a case of: A. Lack of storage space or B. A corrupt game save. Your best
bet would be to uninstall then reinstall Ark Survival Evolved and see what happens

Sorry about the Ark Survival trouble. Let's give a full power cycle a try by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds until your Xbox One shuts down. After you power cycle, give the game another go. If you're still running into issues try uninstalling
the game and re-install it to see if that helps. Let us know how it goes

 

My game is doing the same thing as yours.. It a bug it the game, and an update is downloading right now that is supposed to fix this.. I hope it does
