ARK survival envoved version 438.2 does not work

Discus and support ARK survival envoved version 438.2 does not work in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I enter the game, and after a few second to start playing sends me to the main menu.     ARK: Survival Evolved Season Pass (ARK: Survival Evolved)

    Hello!

    I had bought ARK: Survival Evolved Season Pass (ARK: Survival Evolved) a week ago. It shows that its installed in my games but when I try playing it doesn't work.

    I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times. I also tried the hard booting but still does not work.

    Can someone help me with this pelase

    Different versions of the same game causing problems for Xbox Play Anywhere

    We were playing ARK: Survival, Xbox One version is now 776 and PC version is 775.11

    Try to uninstall and reinstall the game. This should fix any errors you are having.

    I expect it will be more like "Ark" where you're in the world and have to survive rather than "Dark Souls".

    When "Ark Survival Evolved" releases as the full version it's supposed to have a "Lone Survivor" mode where you have to do it all yourself.

    Ark Survival Evolved: Required to purchase Extinction?

    Ark Survival Evolved is a full game, and Ark Extinction is an add-on. Your title and description are contrary to each other and so I'm confused.

    If you purchased Ark Survival Evolved then you should be just able to play it. However, if you purchased Ark Extinction then you must also purchase Ark
    Survival Evolved.
