    Ark survival ascended not launching single player


    So im trying to play ark survival ascended on my Xbox series S. Yesterday, it was just working fine on cloud gaming, so I decided to download it on my Xbox. Today, when I tried to launch it, it launched normally, but when I joined my single-player server, it started crashing. I tried restarting my console. It still didn't work, I even uninstalled the game to play it again on cloud gaming, but now even cloud gaming is crashing when i try to join my server. So, I resetted the whole console but kept my data. But it still doesn't work.

    Is there anyone that can help?

    According to your description, you cannot install your DLC content in Ark Survival Ascended.



    This is a hot issue, and the community has received a lot of feedback from players with the same problem.

    You can try to change your connection DNS.

    Please, follow these steps:

    Go to Profile and System > Settings

    In the Settings menu, select General > Network settings.

    Select the network you're connected to, then select Advanced settings > Manual

    On the DNS field, input these:

    Primary: 8.8.8.8

    Secondary: 8.8.4.4

    Save settings.

    Let me know if it works!
