    Ark server lost connection


    microsoft needs to fix the ark servers. Im sick of losing server connection in the worst times, i lost all kinds of resourses and gear today. You should replace the items lost everytime this happens or fix the problem. It takes alot of time to get some of
    those items or tames.

    I'd jump into connected franchise myself the EA servers weren't so sh*t. I've lost count of the number of games that I've had to restart because I've lost connection to the EA Servers.

    Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with Ark server connection issues. I was able to find some information in reference to the issue. The Ark Customer Support site has 2 alerts active: Server Issues and High Ticket Volume.

    I recommend to try reaching out to Ark Support for more assistance. Try visiting this link:

    I'm running a non dedicated server from my computer and it's not ARK that's giving me the issue it's the app. I can connect to other games that are hosted from on dedicated servers but am unable to connect to instances created by friends and vice versa

    This could be an issue where the person hosting the server hasn't updated the Ark server to match the latest Xbox version. Try getting them to update the ark server and see if that helps.
