Ark: SE Cannot Run - Request A Refund

I'd like to request a refund on Ark Survival Evolved because I cannot run it well at all. It's laggy, and it bugged my SSD. I cannot run a game that needs optimization like that. It runs fine on PC, but on console, I just can't. Please check my account
and proceed with a refund support reps.

“Request refund” isn’t appearing?

Hi, so I recently bought Ark: Survival Evolved, and I only have 15 minutes on it at the max. I changed my mind about it fairly quickly, so I uninstalled it and fulfilled the criteria for a refund.

However, in “order history”, the “request refund” button is not appearing.

When I request a refund it says: "Page cannot be found. We have moved some things."

I'm not sure you will be successful in getting a refund for this as you have purchased a game that is still in production at a reduced price from what it will be when finishes. Also please see the first part of the game description from the marketplace where
you are warned this game is a work in progress.
