ARK: Scorched Earth DCL - purchased but will not load.

Purchased Scorched Earth for ARK - Microsoft store says it is purchased and installed but when I go to launch within ARK: Survival Evolved, it says need DCL and sends me back to the Microsoft Store to purchase. How do I fix this?

As stated even in the publisher's forums, ARK: Scorched Earth (Game Preview) should be purchased and the price in the xbox one store is set at $19.99.

If you own the Ark Survival Evolved Season pass, you should be able to access Scorched Earth on your computer as well.

If you only purchased the Xbox version of Scorched Earth, I'm sorry, you can only download that using the console.

I was just replying to you that I think Scorched Earth is not free with the base game. Are you sure it is free with it?

I think it is only available with the ARK: Ultimate Survivor Edition or the Season Pass.
