Microsoft is a private company & they set the rules for these forums & xbox live.

Those rules apply to everyone no matter where you live.

Your rights do not apply & no law has been broken.

You are not allowed to "name & shame" on the forums,that does not just mean posting gamertags,it can mean any type of name a user has.

thanks but no thank i know the rule's i was told few months ago not to post gamer tags i have not post it any on this post your wrong there was no gamer tags in my screen shots i have them and iv looket at them to make sure there no rule on posting screen
shots showing game chat as long as no gamer tags are showing and there was not any .

 

rule states nuthing like that it only says no posting gamer tags the only using name i post it was my own i own it show im allowed to post it + that means you bracking your own rules by showing my gamer tag every time i post some thing on here same as ween
you post i can see your gamer tags if you look at it that way if this went to court in the usa you would lose do to you brakcing your own rules every time some 1 posts on your forms .

They have Self Controlling Rights and the only rules that they have are common spam. It's pretty clear you have not read the forum rules.

bowski is a mod & knows how the forums work & what the rules are.

You "named & shamed" which is against forums rules & why your images were removed.They contained other peoples names.It's not just restricted to gamertags,not sure what part of that you don't understand.

I remember you from a while back & you were told all of this back then.
