1) nothing of your post has anything to do with the xbox version of the game. You're asking for support for a forum account that's been banned due to being a duplicate account coming from you. as such, this thread is now moved to off-topic.

2) the forum guidelines specifically state that making multiple accounts is not permitted.

3) the "ruling" you posted does not apply to this site, as it most likely pertains to xbox live's community hub. these are two entirely separate entities that do not use the same ruleset.

4) threatening violate the rules even further will only lead to you being permanently removed from this community hub.

ark all ready hade bad rep for taking game away from player's who buyed it and did not give refun's and bad rep for there admin's bracking there own rule's in game i have a recording of one of there admins doing this on xbox live and i post it on youtube
that is reson im bannd do to i got a recording of there admin bracking ark rule's he cuit a wild rex at my house i record it and post it do to i report to ark and they closed my ticket on that and would not do any thing about it this is ****'t up we have to
follow there rule's but they get to brack them i record this in a pve na im from the us i was in the right server the admin was from the uk he was post to be in the uk server . he was trolling me in world chat as well his name is GamerPerfection

 

If it's a game specific ban then you have to contact the games developers/support.

If it's a xbox live ban then you can file for a case review by following the instructions here

Either way,there is nothing anyone on the forums can do.

If you are banned from xbox live then you forfeit all digital content,remaining live time etc. which is something you agreed to when you started your account.
