ark recurring billing

so I bought ark for my pc, I downloaded it then I get a notification from my bank account about a recurring 50 dollars,(49.99) I don't know if it has anything to do with ark but the price seemed weird

its probably something obvious but I cant figure it out, I have no subscriptions and the bank notification was from microsoft

Did your bank say where the charge was from? That could help narrow down if it is ARK or not.

it said it was form Microsoft and it was sent on the same day when I purchased ark, its also the same cost as ark.

Go into your account settings and click on 'services and subscriptions" then turn off auto renewal so you stop getting billed automatically.

I had a different email and a live subscription but can't remember it and they charging my card how can I retrieve my other account

I'm sorry about that. If it's an incoming charge and you have done the steps below to turn off the recurring billing then it should automatically expire on the expiration date.

Sign in to account.microsoft.com.

Under the section Subscriptions, select View all subscriptions, and then select Manage next to the subscription that you want to cancel.

Select Cancel subscription or Turn off recurring billing. Disabling recurring billing will grant you the benefits of your subscription for the remainder of the payment cycle without billing you again for a renewal.

Once it expires, you can just use the gift card balance to purchase a subscription.
