Discus and support Ark playanywhere in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I bought ark as a play anywhere title.     I bought ark as a play anywhere title. I have tried to download the game from the store on my pc but it will not give me the option. It says either that i own the game but give no install button or that it can not work on this device. Please assist.

    I have win. 10 edition on my pc. If I log in on a xbox, will it let me play the xbox edition since I have win 10?

    Unfortunately, Minecraft is not a PlayAnywhere game. Please take a look at the list of games which are PlayAnywhere games (only applicable to digital purchases): Link

    Halo wars 2 xbox play anywhere doesn't work

    the digital copy from amazon said "playanywhere" but the game in win10 store says: noope xbox only. and there is a playanywhere button right next to this ... looks a little bit wrong. by the way gears and horizon 3 are working fine
    at my system.

    Hi!

    Verify that the profile connected to W10 is the same as the one used to purchase the game. Try logging out and logging in from the Store app. If it does not work, try resetting the Store with the "wsreset" command.

    Heya!

    Were you able to try the steps posted by DominumStige?

    You might also try installing it from the
    website     while signed in with this account. Keep in mind the site is for the Play anywhere version of the game and the proper teams are aware that the Play anywhere badge is missing currently.

    Post back and let us know if after these steps you are still having trouble!

    I am having this problem as well. The Windows store is telling me that it does not work on this device. I have already tried resetting the Windows store.

    That error refers to the failure to update drivers or SO. Verify that W10 is up to date and that the GPU drivers are up-to-date with the latest version.

    Another problem could be related to your antivirus/firewall. Try to disable the antivirus or firewall for a few minutes and try again (remember to reactivate them later).

    Hey Guys,

    I have a other problem after installing Ark yesterday on my PC. When I start the game it closes immediatly after the little loading screen. Windows and Drivers are up to date also reinstall doesn't work. Have anyone the same Problem?
