Ark play anywhere unable to download

Discus and support Ark play anywhere unable to download in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; So Ark was launched for play anywhere yesterday 19/12.     Ark play anywhere unable to download


    So Ark was launched for play anywhere yesterday 19/12. I have been looking to download it on my pc but its still showing as xbox only on the au store. Has anyone in aus been able to download it? Is there away to download ark on win 10?

    Ark: Scorched Earth Play anywhere

    i was told that the game Ark: survival evolved was a play anywhere title and after purchasing i was unable to download the dlc i had purchased. i again contacted support and was told the liscence for the game was pending update to be play anywhere
    and that i should recieve a code with 24 hours or so and have yet to recieve this code to download on pc.

    Ark Play Anywhere and Game Sharing

    So I'm game sharing with a friend then my power supply goes out he asks when I'll be playing Ark again then I learn that the Play Anywhere update will be releasing soon. I talk to xbox support asking "If I'm game sharing and a game is a Play Anywhere title
    will I be able to play on PC?" they say yes. The win 10 version of Ark has been out for over 24 hours and I'm still unable to play it.

    It's probably a region issue (time ?)

    I just checked it here in the Netherlands and it's available for me to download.

    Try checking directly on the store
    page    . Otherwise, reset the app using the "wsreset.exe" command and try again with the Store in W10.

    Hey there!

    I recommend checking our official
    Xbox Play Anywhere page     for a full list of current and future Xbox Play Anywhere games as that will be the most reliable place to see what's currently available. As mentioned on that page, Ark: Survival Evolved is not quite ready for Xbox Play Anywhere
    yet as it's marked 'coming soon'. We are unable to speculate when that time will be, but be sure to keep an eye there for any updates! We are unable to provide a PC code for this game.

    Ok tank you. But I have got an other question. We have Ark on my brother's old account, so if we put it as the main account, I can play Ark without any restrictions right ?

    But can I download Ark free on my PC on Windows 10 with the Xbox Play Anywhere, as I'm not the owner of the game ?

    Thank you for keeping us updated. What is the name of the game that you are not able to download? Also, are there other games that you are able to download that are on Gamepass and play anywhere titles?

    I ask because I know Ark survival was having some issues with which version was play anywhere.
