    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We need a little more information to make sure we provide the correct solution. Do you see any error message when you look in the network settings of the Xbox Console Companion App? Are you able to access multiplayer
    features for any other games? Do you have an
    active Xbox Live Gold subscription    ? Be sure to let us know the results
