    I am/was running a server by hosting a multiplayer session and it worked fine on an old windows 7 home prem OA computer I wiped and put windows 10 on for a couple of months, then the power went out and I forgot about it. I tried to start it a few days ago and it would not start. I restarted the computer and when I tried to launch the game it gave me an error message saying “This app can not be launched, please see the Microsoft store for more information on ark survival evolved.” I went to the store and it said re install. I know for a fact it was installed because it was taking up 250 gigabytes on my hard drive. I restarted the computer again, shut it down, and even unplugged it for 5 minutes to no avail. I gave up and uninstalled the game through the app section in settings and waited over night for it to re install and it gave me the same message. I tried the store trouble shooter and reset the app and it didn’t work. I also have an Alienware aurora r9 and it runs fine on that. I would not like to completely reset the computer so if you have any ideas they would be very much appreciated.

    My specs are

    Ram 8 gig

    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 860 @ 2.80GHz 4 core

    Gpu: I can’t find info on it

    Hard drive: empty 932, without game 400 ish, with game 213

    Update! Lucas, I have fixed the issue by removing an 8 gigabyte usb thumb drive with ready boost enabled and the game now runs perfectly fine. The little computer that could.

    My friend, I understand your frustration, but your computer hardware does not meet the minimum system requirements to run the game. Your GPU is 50% slower than the minimum required GPU to run the game.

    Is your GPU the Radeon RX 5700 or the Radeon HD 5700? If it is really the Radeon HD 5700 graphics, it does not meet the minimum system requirements either (by far). This is your issue then.

    Maybe playing on Windows 7 on super low graphics the game could've been running (don't know how), but the minimum system requirements are not met, so you would need to upgrade your computer hardware in order to run the game.
