    Ark on microsoft store on PC crashing


    I am having issues with the Microsoft version of ARK survival evolved. my issue is that it blue screens and crashes the game every single time i go into the server menu screen. at first i thought it was a GPU issue but i have just replaced my GPU with a RTX 3060 and it is still having the same issue. i know my PC can handle ARK though as i also own ARK on steam and that version runs perfectly.

    Do you have antivirus, vpn or firewall?

    Disable them momentarily try starting the game.

    Tell me what appears in this test please. Download the companion xbox console app > settings > network > NAT type

    Win+I hotkey and go to Apps > Apps & features.

    Locate Gaming Service and tap on the three-dot menu button.

    Click on Advanced options and then scroll down to the Reset section.

    Click on the Reset button and confirm the process.

    Reboot your PC and see if the error is fixed now.

    Crossplay Pc to XBox ARK

    you need the ark game on gamepass pc as microsofts wisdom have ported over the console version with extra menus.

    ark will only crossplay with xbox console to windows store/gamepass version

    Hello there, If you own Ark on the xbox you do get it for windows 10. Check the Microsoft Store on your pc/laptop and search for Ark and if it says owned then you can install it on your system for no charge.

    i have just got ark through epic store for free, it crashes less and you can access the files if needed, the windows store version is dodgy as hell.
