Ark Microsoft Edition Connection to official Servers Issue

G'day, so long story short I play both on PC and Xbox and I used to play all my official servers on my pc that I play on my xbox, since i'm slowly across to PC fully I decided to reinstall Ark Microsoft edition on to my new gaming pc and play it on there. But since doing that and a fair bit of mucking around with it the issue I have come into is that the PC version of Ark isn't showing all the xbox official server's like it used to for example if I click on PVE mode only to show it only shows Crossplay but when I click on PvP only it shows majority of xbox official with a small amount crossplay server's, since I play PvE leisurely you can see my predicament of trying to grab all my stuff since it is on a xbox official PvE server. So has anyone else ran into this issue and was able to rectify it????

Can you verify that your game, the Xbox app and Gaming services are up to date? Below, you will find steps on how to verify:

Open the Xbox App

Click your profile icon at the top right corner of the page
Select "Settings"
Select "About" on the left panel

The first set of numbers under "Version" will display the current version of your Xbox App.

Current versions:

Xbox App: 2112.1001.10.0

Gaming Services: 3.60.12001.0

If the game doesn't display that it requires an update, then it is more than likely already up to date.

If that doesn't help then unfortunately, we do not have to tools or resources to solve this issue for you. Your best option will be to submit a support request on the Ark customer support website here: Ark (survivetheark.com). Once there, sign into or create an account by clicking the "sign in" button at the top right of the screen.

Thanks for the reply. All of the above are in order. I have 10mbps download and 6mbps upload. I have an open nat and no error messages. I am connected to xbox live but when i want to join the official server on ark it still say cant retrieve address and
then i have to try again. I have been trying to connect for 3hours now and still cant join or get in the server. Is this an xbox issue or is it an ark issue. Appreciate the assistance and info..

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue in connecting to the online servers for Ark. Are you having difficulty in connecting to Xbox Live servers, or to the Ark servers themselves? Are you receiving any specific error messages or codes
