    Ark keeps crashing when I start it


    I bought akr for xbox afew months ago and I could start and play it but now when I try to play it simply crashes. I have checked my order history and I own it

    Can anyone figure it out?

    Hello Brandonhernandez_406, are you playing on Pc, what would be your operating system, Win 10 or 11?

    Have you checked if you have the latest version of Windows installed, at 22H2.

    See which version of Windows 10 you have

    Updates are often seen as optional.

    If you haven't updated yet, click the link below, update, and make all subsequent security updates.

    Also, make sure all Xbox Apps are up to date in the store, and make sure you have the Xbox Companion App installed, it works with the Xbox App.

    Hello Georges, I am currently running Windows 11 and It says I'm on 21H1 but when I check for updates it says I'm up to date. Where would I find this 22H2 update?
