    Ok so I bought and downloaded the Ark Genisis season pass i did all of the updates today and I'm finally ready to play.... but when i go into ark the new map is there but wen i try to play it says DLC not installed. Continue to store to install it. So
    i go to the store but wen i get there it says that its installed. I tried to uninstall and reinstall and restart the game aswell and try to reboot my xbox still no luck please help

    I was having a similar issue and I bought through Xbox One Marketplace. After digging around I've found for some odd reason they are selling the PC version through Xbox store also. So it shows I own it but it's actually for PC not Xbox. I would check to
    see which version it shows up as.

    Why does ark evolved genesis keep turning off my xbox

    I've already done all that. Only ark genisis dlc map seems to do it all other games including the ark other maps work fine
