    Ark genesis wont install xbox one


    Sorry if this is the wrong place but I saw similar questions on here, I bought ark genesis and so did my friends but it actually installed for them, where as it did not install for me and its not there when I click manage games and apps, in the store it
    says I own it, can anyone help me out with this dilema. (I am on xbox one console)

    going to setting and restarting the console fixed the problem and it showed up in manage & add-ons ready to install

    I have the same problem. "You own this product" but no download button shows up, only Wishlist and buy as gift. Microsoft people only told me "Bruh it comes out on the 25th chill" but I should have recieved the HLNA pet pre-order bonus, yet it doesn't
    show up. I have tried restarting my console, power cycling it, restarting the modem, restarting both, yet nothing. No downloads, no install, no Pre-order bonus. My Ark is up-to-date, and so is my xbox; have 109 GB left of storage, have a wired connection with
    an open NAT. I have no idea what else I can do.

    So I'm not the only person it wont fully download to my xbox. I have plenty of storage for it. I have even uninstalled everything and reinstalled nothing changed. HELP ME PLEASE

    Yeah man the support people told me to ask for a refund which I was denied so I guess I'll wait and see

    Just to clear few things it's not out yet but it should still be in ready to install as it's a season pass. Also u get free in game item for pre ordering some people it works for some it doesnt it wont let you and tells you if you dont have enough hard
    drive space it's a problem with the game not bieng able to be down loaded as theres no option to install the season pass not the game. As it's a add it will auto d.l with it bieng a season pass
