Ark Game Pass Unable to login to Xbox Live when logged in ....

SO I just downloaded this game with Game Pass as I am looking to play with friends who play on Xbox etc. Main issue is whenever I try to play the game I just get the main title screen with the start button. Clicking 'START' just results in a pop up window
which advises that I am unable to log into Xbox Live. I have used Game Pass for many other games without this issue at all, as I have to be logged in to play those games etc.

I have tried a number of things to try and solve this with no joy. I assume this is possibly a developer issue which I understand but I am hoping there is a solution to this... As a note (I know this is a developer issue) there appears to be no 'Exit' button
so the only way to get out of the screen shown is to end the process in task manager. Just a massive oversight I thought I would mention.

Any idea when this should be fixed? unable to log in to ARK: Survival Evolved or even use Netflix, started randomly last night as soon as I logged off Ark and went onto Netflix, error code (0x8027025a). It did say it was on Xbox end, even then I tried fiddling
around with Xbox and router.

Check for updates on Windows Update and install everything including optional/additional updates.

Check if your time zone is set to automatic in settings>date and time

1. Logout from Xbox app and Microsoft Store app

2. Look for the Xbox app and Microsoft Store in the Windows bar, right-click, click app settings and then click terminate, restore and reset. Do this for games that you are having problems with too.

3. Clear the store cache type ''wsreset'' in the Windows bar, run as admin, and wait for the screen to close and open the store automatically.

4. Install the Xbox Companion app and log in with your account on this app too

5. Login with your account again in both apps and try again

i already did that i said its not working in my post i logged in Xbox on my pc and keeps flashing and blinking non stop and suddenly it stops blinking had a update for xbox and nothing it STILL IS NOT working keeps saying anable to sign into xbox live
