Ark game pass screen

I get in Ark Survival and get to the main menu but when I press join ark it takes me to the game pass subscription option. I don’t want the game pass I already have the game. Why will it not let me play

I would suggest checking your order history to make sure that you have the game license on your account. However, If you already own the game, I'd recommend preforming a reset to your console (Keeping games and apps).

I check that I purchased gamepass and ark, I bought ark 3 days from game pass. And yes I have an active game pass

Thank you for contacting the Xbox support forums. Ark Genesis Part 2 is part of the Genesis season pass that you can purchase separately with Ark: Survival Evolved. At this time, the Ark: Survival Evolved Explorer's Edition which includes; the Survival Evolved Season Pass, Extinction, Aberration, Scorched Earth, and Survival Evolved Aberrant Skins is the current edition that is available on Game Pass.

Ark: Genesis Part 2 is part of the second expansion pack which is not currently available with Game Pass. However, Game Pass members may currently receive a discount on the ARK: Genesis Season Pass which would include Ark: Genesis Part 2.

If i buy xbox pass and download ark for free, will i able to join steam ARK servers or EPIC ark servers, plz let me know so that i can buy it.

The Xbox Game Pass will only allow you to play with the Xbox Game Pass for PC, and Xbox versions.

I'm not sure how much demand is for Ark or an Ark bundle. I would say a game pass bundle that says something about Ark would be better or what I would want.
