Those turtorials don't work for me as I didn't download from steam

I found a Reddit asking about where the save file is on WIndows 10 for non-tethering and this was a reply someone gave (I won't link the Reddit in question as it has language that isn't appropriate for this forum):

c:\users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Packages\StudioWildcard.lettersnumbers\LocalState\Saved

Though whether you can do anything with it is a different matter....MS Store games are locked down much more than Steam etc
