Ark extinction Not installing

I've played ark for a while, and I've purchased all the DLCs about a year ago, I then switched from Xbox to PC and transferred everything over. I've had no problems until now, For some reason that DLC is not installed, so I go to the store to install it and it tells me that its, "Not sold separately" and only available in the game pass.

So I would like to know if there's anything I can do about that, Or if I'm just misreading something.

No I was not, I just bought all of the DLCs separately

Okay this is strange, I've just looked at Every purchase I've made, and it was not on there. I know for a fact that I paid for it, I've played on it, I don't know of any way that I could prove that, but every other DLC I bought was listed, all of which I bought on my Xbox, and all of which I have transferred over to my PC just fine, so why would this one not show up.

On my end it says that it is playable on PC, and also that's strange something must have changed because I've played that DLC on my PC before.

As per checking, the DLC is only available for Xbox Console, Paul851.
