Ark dedicated server issue

I run an Ark dedicated server from my windows PC. My kids and I connect to the server from a Xbox 1X, 1S, and Series X. Every time there is an update to Ark, or the Xbox app on PC, I have to restart the dedicated server. It then takes three to six days for the server to show in the server list so we can play. There were updates on 10 Feb, and 16 Feb. We haven't been able to play Ark for a week, and now we have to add another three to six days before we can play again. Apparently, if I pay a monthly fee for a Nitrado server, my server will be playable almost instantly after booting up. I would like to be able to play a game that I have already bought and paid for, with the equipment I already bought and paid for without paying an additional fee. Is Microsoft planning to do anything about this issue, or did I waste the money buying additional Xboxes and building a PC to host my server on and buying copies of the game?
