    Ark Crossplay - Character lost when transferring maps after last update


    I have transferred my character multiple times from personal games to Nitrado servers and never had an issue. But the first time I tried to transfer my character after the latest patch (around the end of May to the beginning of June 2021), my character was lost. Now, every time I create a character and try to transfer it, it is lost. I have uninstalled and reinstalled (on both PC and Xbox) but it still doesn’t work. I’ve tried uploading from both platforms and it still loses my characters. Is there a way to fix this?

    Please try checking with game developers, in order to get more help. They should be able to give you more information about the issue that you have.

    Hey NoLiverYasin.

    Thank you for reaching out to the forum. As i'm aware, the Steam version does not do crossplay with Xbox. But there is crossplay with xbox when using the windows store version of Ark.

    You are correct crossplay dose let pc and xbox players play together.

    Not to sure about how to do it on Ark. every game has different ways of doing crossplay
