Ark crashing when trying to open on windows store or xbox

About your graphics drivers, which graphics card do you have?

And, when was the last time you played Ark correctly?

Last time I played ark properly was about 10 months ago which is a lot farther away then I remembered so I could understand if something changed. My graphics card is NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060. Also other games work it is just ark.

Thank you for the response! I cannot remember what update of my drivers ark originally worked at. I do not have any games other then ark on Microsoft store so i am not sure but i can check quickly.

It’s from 2019, so I think it worth a shot installing that version.

Please try also when possible the thing about uninstalling the updates, I mean. Try uninstalling the latest and try the game, and repeat if the issue persists

May i know if you tried reinstalling your graphics card drivers?
But not the latest version. Instead search for a one that matches with the date when you was able to play properly the game

If you already tried that, try in that case uninstalling the most recent windows update, just in case it is the one that is causing conflicts
