Ark Closes on Start Up Xbox Game pass

Hi, I'm coming to ask for your help for a problem that seems to persist for years. I took the Xbox game pass for pc, I realized that it was impossible to start the game; a screen with blue edges appears and then disappears. I saw the threads go over but
no solution works. I am a little desperate.

I want to play but nothing helps. My windows is up to date the app is up to date, i have releloaded the game 4-5 times.

Hoping someone can help me

hey guys and who ever is having problems I so am having huge problems and I dont know how to fix it. I donteven know where to start cause I have had these problems for along time but only notice sometimes like im getting weird things pop up saying many
different things that i know i have done and just some help from someone that knows what to do would be great cause it rewally scares me some of the things that come up i want to say more but im not trying to get myself in trouble so i dont know what to do

Thank you for the problem-solving link which is very complete and very well explained. So I followed all the checks to arrive at this:
-I changed my session on my pc and used a totally blank session where I redownloaded the xbox application (Beta) and noticed that in the windows update the laa feature "game service" does not want not settle down and indicates an unknown error with each
raise.
This update came during the installation of xbox and may be the source of my problems.

The configuration of my pc is largely sufficient for updates, has sufficient storage space and windows is good to the latest version 1903.

I would add that I tried to play Everspace and the same problem happens, the game starts 3-4 seconds with the intro video but closes every time.

While ClusterTruck is launching perfectly.

So to summarize, I can not restart the application xbox (BETA) after closing and can play only some games of the pass.

And if I ask for help on the forum, the "ambassadors" take me more or less for an idiot who can not read a game description.

I may be wrong but I have the impression that microsoft is blind to the problems that have visibly existed for years.

Im not playing on a windows xp I2-DUO GeForce 7800GT

I lauch every games from every plateform but can't play Ark on the Xbox app

Like I said before I tried to move the game or any other app from my HDD to my SSD (or the hdd where Windows is installed) and everything work.

The big problem i have now is that my ssd is not a 1T storage and i cant move games like Ark
