    Ark BSOD Crash


    First off, I am playing Ark on PC through the Microsoft app. I have been having this issue for a couple days now to where I load up the game and when I either click "Options" (on startup screen not in-game) I automatically get a bluescreen and it crashes.
    Now when I try to load into the game I automatically get a crash to where it looks like it is going to load in but then it gets to a specific part and crashes at the exact same spot every time. If I have someone kill me, the game loads in fine and I can spawn
    in the bed.

    So furthermore, looking into this issue I noticed it is only on Extinction, I get to the loading portion of "ext_crater_forest_near_2" and then it crashes.

    I only noticed that it was on Ext. Every other map is fine after trying them and loading in... Not sure what the issue is.

    Yes it's the only issue I'm having with my PC as far as I'm aware. I play many other games with no issues, it's the only game downloaded through the Microsoft App though. I've tried reinstalling the game multiple times and downloading on either my C or D
    drive with no luck. I'll check out the forums you mentioned.

    I'm running Version 1909 (OS Build 18363.900).

    I have tried multiple steps from what you have posted on the forums, the only thing I haven't actually tried is the RAM test but I'm not entirely sure how to do that.

    i have just got ark through epic store for free, it crashes less and you can access the files if needed, the windows store version is dodgy as hell.
