Ark broken again

I have played Ark Survival Evolved since early prerelease. I have stuck through the good and the bad. I have been extremely patient. I have waited until full release of the game at which time you would suspect that the game would function properly. I have
been playing on pve server 75 for about 6 months now since full release of the game. It has been full of nothing but dropped connections, not being able to log on the server, extreme lag, major amounts of glitches, and excessive rubberband effects. Today I
cannot log onto the server at all and this comes at a point in the game where, if unable to log on, I lose the culmination of six months of labor towards a specific portion of the game seeing that I have creatures there being raised and am unable to log on
to care for them therefore they will DIE!! There is nowhere to file a formal complaint. Any posts made go unanswered and ignored. I have not seen such poor customer service and lack of concern for customers from any other company of any kind. This is not only
a reflection upon Wild Card Studios and it’s nondevelopers but also upon Microsoft Xbox division. I am apauled and insulted by your lack of concern and care. If you would to show any kind of remorse or concern at all could you at all contact anyone just once
in your life? It is pathetic, unreasonable, Andy uncalled for. Refunds will not make amends. I just would like to play the game unhindered by another stupid update to a portion of the game that I don’t even play, which breaks the rest of the game. I am losing
any and ALL respect for you guys at this point. This is also not just someone going on another rant. It is an individual with a completely rational and legitimate complaint. Thank you and have a nice day? Uh....no.
