    Hi guys I bought ark survival ascended for pc on Xbox, and iv noticed Xbox have sold me the console version and it's pretty bad from terrible performance issues and really bad FPS. My rtx 4090 is struggling to turn the lights and this is the first game it's happened to, now iv tried to speak to an agent at Xbox but I might aswell book a flight to America and land on there door before they speak to me. I feel robbed and seems to be a common thing Xbox are doing. Also I can see there is frame generation and Dlss support but it's blocked

    Its Ark Survival Ascended. It was happening prior to them releasing a major update today.

    I am sorry to hear that.

    You can try to change your connection DNS.

    Please, follow these steps:

    Go to Profile and System > Settings

    In the Settings menu, select General > Network settings.

    Select the network you're connected to, then select Advanced settings > Manual

    On the DNS field, input these:

    Primary: 8.8.8.8

    Secondary: 8.8.4.4

    Save settings.

    Let me know if it works!

    I changed the DNS fields as directed and it still continues to kick me out of the game when attempting my single player game.
