    ARK:Ascended ARK:Astraeos Problem


    Hi there, i have problem with ARK Ascended, i bought a DLC for it calld ARK:Astraeos in game and downloaded it and try to play and it says this: PUR-UserAlreadyOwnsContent. I tryd to redownload DLC not working, i redownload entire game and still dont work can you please help me ill be more than thainkfull.

    According to your description, you cannot install your DLC content in Ark Survival Ascended.



    This is a hot issue, and the community has received a lot of feedback from players with the same problem.

    You may need to wait for an official update to install the DLC content normally.

    And you can try to uninstall and install it on the Microsoft Store/Xbox different programs to see if it works.

    You can try to change your connection DNS.

    Please, follow these steps:

    Go to Profile and System > Settings

    In the Settings menu, select General > Network settings.

    Select the network you're connected to, then select Advanced settings > Manual

    On the DNS field, input these:

    Primary: 8.8.8.8

    Secondary: 8.8.4.4

    Save settings.

    Let me know if it works!
