ARK ABERRATION INSTALADO NAO ABRE - HELP (ARK aberration installed does not open-HELP)

Preciso de ajuda, comprei online o jogo Ark Aberration com LIVE GOLD, ele aparece como instalado mas apenas na aba fila recentemente instalados, aperto o botão A para iniciar o jogo mas nada acontece

Como proceder?

I need help, I bought online the game Ark aberration with LIVE GOLD, it appears as installed but only in the newly installed Queue tab, press the A button to start the game but nothing happens

We suggest first of all, to sign out of the Microsoft account, powercycle the device once its back on sign back in. Give it a shot and let us know how it goes!

We are sorry this issue came up but rest assured we are here to help! Lets start with the basics, first thing we recommend is doing a Power Cycle on the console. Also we need a bit more information on the matter, what console is this happening on? Let us
know so we can get this issue figured out!

 

I just finished installing the other game ark and it happens the same thing

The Ark Aberation, as posted on our
website, is DLC and not a stand alone title so Ark has to be owned for it to work. Now, if the other game also has this issue we suggest a reset of the console since
the problem might be on the actual OS of the console so we would suggest a

Soft Factory Reset (while keeping games and apps) IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

• There is a stable network connection.
• The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup lets do manual setup. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!

 

Sorry I didnt understand, so I bought two games which are made for not work?

This problem is happening just with these two games.

 

In that case how do I get my money back?
