I’m getting “region” errors

In order to have the best experience on the marketplace, make sure that your account region and physical location match. Your account region was set when you first created your Gamertag and can be checked by going to
commerce.microsoft.com > Payment & billing > Billing overview.

If your account region no longer matches your physical location, you would have to create a new account to reflect your location. If you don’t currently live in a Xbox Live supported region,
then you may continue to experience issues with purchasing or downloading from the marketplace.

and another, I remembered but I think it is not important : I could not buy on the Market game Tomb Raider (2013) but found the boot code, the code has been successfully entered, the game has been downloaded but when you start the encounter the error about
the region (after talking with customer support I got the money back), after had to buy the disc in the United States

it is the only case when I succeeded to download unsuitable game

This is clearly told to you when you buy games and movies

It is up to your government and local region to set rules which copyright holders have to follow
