If you are playing the game using an Android device, try to uninstall and reinstall the app and check if that sorts out the log in issue.

If you are using a console, please try doing a complete power cycle by doing the steps below.

1. Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4, Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox console.

Sorry to hear about that, however, please ensure that your device and the game are up to date. If so, you may try uninstalling and reinstalling the game, however, this has cons, you might lose your world saves especially if they were corrupted. If you've done these and you haven't changed anything with your device settings at all, it would be best to reach out to Mojang and let them know about it.
