    It has been a common problem lately with MS casual games. Try to reinstall the game, it solved the issue for most.

    you have no doubt? ive spoken with several MS representatives. Not only are they "unaware" of these issues, but there are NO planned fixes or controller updates happening in the forseeable future. they will continue to break.

    It's a game issue introduced in the latest update affecting the Dutch version (at least report are about it so far). It has been reported both here on the forums and on the casual game community: https://community.microsoftcasualgames.com/.

    It will probably require an update on MS side for a fix.

    I had the same problem and was convinced it was due to an MS upgrade in windows store. I've just this minute gone into Windows store and found an upgrade to MS Solitaire & Casual games. Upgraded and MS Solitaire & Casual Games now working !!!!!
