    Are we being ignored concerning the server problem with your games, in particular, Bingo? Numerous times, statements and comments about the server problems of logging on and staying log on, have been posted and so far, nothing. Tried for 10 minutes this
    morning to log on and play and finally, it worked only to dump me half way thru the game. It's not just annoying, it's irresponsible. You, Microsoft, put out a game, that is suppose to be intertaining, but also has a tack on of using cash sales to get through
    the game quicker or continue play. When we use that, you have the responsibility to fulfill your part by seeing to the mechanics of that game so we get our monies worth. As I see it, we've been ignored, or your unable to fulfill your half of the bargain. So,
    if you won't do something I will. I'm going to uninstall your worthless game and go back to playing Zynga's games. They're about like you, but they do get around to paying attention to the players. Oh, and congratulations on your reformed Bingo game! It's
    almost as predatory as you are. Offers much, but delivers little regardless how much you pay!!

    Would be nice if they at least acknowledged that there is a problem instead of just ignoring us.

    [/quote]While many things can be simply ignored, I do not believe it is longer any reasonable means to do so. By simply "ignoring it" or any problem, you are only sending a message of approval by not stating opposition.

    Besides, it needs to stop. This is Xbox.com, the Site that fans are suppose to go to. And also the same Service that everyone using has agreed to the ToU/ CoC. It is a method of harassment which is in violation of the CoC. It needs to stop.

    Microsoft ignoring users problems!!!!!!!!

    As mentioned above it sounds like your disc reader is on its last legs. The latest update was almost a month ago so it would not be an issue due to that if it started in November. And yes, if your console is not within the warranty
    period you would have to pay to have it fixed.
