    Are you having problems downloading new puzzles?


    If you are having problems downloading new puzzles, or if you want to clear completed sets,
    uninstall and reinstall the game. I picked up that from a reply someone here made (I can't remember who, but thanks!) and it worked nicely. My completed sets went back into the collections but are available for a second download if I want them, and
    I can download new sets again. Give it a try.

    Are you having problems with destiny, if you are please tell us what error codes are popping up. You can also see what problems destiny's having by downloading their app on ios or os

    I am also having this problems. Does not make sense, I download M games all the time. May I ask what what game you are downloading, maybe this is the issue? I am downloading I Am Alive

    Stop the ads

    It doesn't matter if you get the ads or not. I have the premium version and don't get the ads but still have the problems with downloading new puzzles. Everytime I try to download a new puzzle series the game closes out.

    It's VERY frustrating!

    Will not download new puzzle pks.

    I have been purchasing new puzzles for a while even though it deducts 'gold bars' it will not complete the download. It will download the free puzzles .

    Not Getting Owned Puzzles to download

    Well, yesterday, I thought they had solved the problem or at least were making good strides. I could download my owned puzzles and even the new camping one. With careful planning I got about 10 puzzles loaded. Of course, I could only download 2 and it would
    hang up on the 3rd try. I'd close the game and re-open and do two more and so forth.

    Alas, today, I'm back to only having the two default puzzles and when I click on the download stuff it gives me a message that new puzzles were coming. Back to the beginning. Sigh.

    Same problem. Bought several new puzzle sets with gold, but the downloading doesn't seem to do anything except say that it is downloading without end.
