Are you guys gonna fix my Xbox One? b/c it's not working.

I first saw and update problem/error screen, and eventually a black screen. "Something went wrong", test connection and other options, I did and it made me reconnect, and lead to a black screen.

You guys are right, graphics don't matter.

What causes people to react like this...

A) Unrealistic expectations

B) Misunderstanding of graphics vs resolution

C) Reading too many troll posts

D)Being a troll

E) Not understanding how launches work

FOUND THE FIX GUYS, FINALLY

so this worked for me, I thank this guy on this thread

But if you dont wanna read through it, here it is

go to C:/user/username/AppData/Local/Packages/Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider_8wekyb3d8bbwe

DELETE EVERYTHING inside that folder and you should be good to go!

I really hope they fix this b/ c I've asked Xbox live help in the past if I should change my email cause I don't use it anymore they said no it doesn't matter it s just for signing in!!!! If my code can't be resent b/c it was sent to an email I don't use
and can't access I'm gonna b pissed! Send the code or email ... Gaming is becoming a hasel and like a shady deal!!! They have no problem releasing map pack for $25 but can't figure out an email or message!!!
