Are you getting an error with a status code of 8015190A?To fix this error go to the profile page (Sign in to your Microsoft account)
then click on the link edit my avatar. Change anything on your avatar and save it. You will now be able to go to your Xbox console and download your profile again. Just signing in to you profile will not work. Also check
http://account.live.com and make sure your account proofs are up to date. These are found in the security and password section on
http://account.live.com.
