I am an all-time online fighting gamer, mostly playing Tekken 7 online & these games has rage quitters who just quit when they are about to loose, in many occasions that match is tied to my promotion which makes me mad.

There has been many times I have gotten mad about a game but if it upsets me so much I just move to a different game. I feel GTA can be rude in every aspect when in public session so I avoid contact with players as much as possible. A tip I learned to
help is if you start to get angry go and splash cold water on your face. I guarantee that it will make you not so mad.

I was 18 when Gears of War was released. The multi-player would sometimes make me rage, especially since host clearly had advantage, and it didn't help that people were glitching / crab-walking.

in dark souls 2 i had felt something that i thought it was only be relaliving if i throw the controller away

I actually shattered a controller raging at Dragonball Fighter Z, I threw it at the ground so hard it exploded 😂
