    Are you ever going to fix the 4k player???


    I am sick and tired of the trash blu ray player on the x. It wont read half of my 4k movies and then the other half only work a quarter of the time with terrible playback. How can microsoft advertise this as a function of the X? IT DOES NOT WORK. Maybe
    do something about it, its been broke since launch. You guys are so terrible, obviously you want to have people buying from the terrible streaming service that barely will play properly either.

    That's odd and I'm sorry you're experiencing those problems, sounds very frustrating. I have the One X and last year I experienced issues with the HDR but that has since been fixed. Other then that I haven't had any issues with my Player reading 4K discs.
    I would suggestion contacting support and seeing if there is anything they can solve for you otherwise it sounds like you may have a broken player.

    Have you tried it elsewhere in a different X to see if maybe you just have a bad system?

    I have 50 UHD movies. My only problem was Matrix. I have X. Maybe is your player? Which movies do you have? Just to compare to mine that works.
