    Hey there gamers! Are you being kicked to the Home screen on the Xbox One when trying to play a game or experience an app? If so, to resolve this we recommend

    power cycling     your Xbox One console.

    If the issue still persists after power cycling, we would next suggest trying these following steps below.

    • Uninstall the game or app your experiencing the issue with.
    • Power cycle your Xbox One console.
    • Reinstall the game or app.

    Games throwing back to home?

    I've been having the same issue as hypnotic with BF4. I can only get one match in before being kicked back to the home screen.

    does anybody else have a problem where it kicks you back to the home screen if you are viewing movies ...games ...apps? it does not do it a lot but it does from time to time .I was browsing new games and it kicked me back to home screen .also how do you
    get into preview program ? though you were able to sign up for it after last update and not have to be invited .

    Just a kick back to the home screen. I have logged in and out, uninstalled & reinstalled, reset the Xbox apps, rebooted my computer. It appears that the fatal task is "exiting the game to desktop". Us computer owners need to shut down from time-to-time.
    Leaving the game and computer while being logged for extended periods of time is no solution. Looking forward to a resolve! Thanks, Tim
