Are you allowed to use inappropriate/sexual profile pictures on Xbox?

Been seeing profiles of people showing a **** print or straight up boobs hanging out. Last time I read the enforcement policy, pictures like that are considered bannable and not allowed on Xbox. However, whenever I try to report them, I’m told no action could be taken. Are they suddenly allowed to be used? I wasn’t made aware of this if it was and I would rather not have to see that whenever I’m playing a game.

I always make sure to add a comment to the box so they know what to be looking out for. It’s been happening a lot where people are just getting away with pictures like that.

They're not allowed. That message is being sent out as sort of a glitch. They should still look into it, but if you sent the report without adding anything in the comment box, try doing so with something or vice versa to see if it pushes it through without the message.

It didn't have sexual content. No fowl language. Nothing inappropriate beside her pulling the side of her mouth showing her teeth cause it was a vampire.

It doesn't need to have any of that to still be content that you can not use.

If your picture is subject to copyright (which the vast majority of images would), you can not use it on your profile.
