    So basically, my PC got ratted ( i changed everything but Minecraft) and my Minecraft account is the only thing not changed like the hackers have my token and haven't done anything, but I can't change the password meaning I can't change the token, but my main question is are you able to change your Minecraft token without changing your password? PLEASE HELP! by the way I can't change my password since my mom won't let me! or should i just straight up tell her i got hacked?

    Sorry to hear about what happened. Due to our accounts safety and security, even a Microsoft Customer Support cannot manually get into our accounts and make changes to our sensitive data or information. It can only be done through the user's end.

    Removing perental settings

    It sounds like your account is set up as a child account. That parental password has to be entered to change your online security settings. Deleting the account and recovery will NOT remove the need for that password. You will need to talk the the person
    that set up your account and either have them change your settings or enter the password for you. If you delete the account you will not be able to recover it without a password.
