SO Tuesday night @ 8pm, my xbox decided to go into "brick mode" and shut me out until I paid my monthly subscription. Funny thing, this is a problem that has been going on for the past 4 months - most of the time, I make a call, ask them to push the payment
through and VIOLA! - back gamin in ten min. Not this time - oh no, you see, after three calls and two 1/2 hours later on the phone I was told that the tool the call center uses to check on these particular accounts (EIB) was undergoing maintenance and it should
be back on in the morning or in a "few hours"

OK - no problem, I was *** but I had the morning to look forward to.

Weds morning comes around, guess what, Xbox is still "bricked" - I call, and one more time, and was told that the damn system was still not working. Long story short- I was told this same thing the other times I called that day, and worse yet after 24 hours,
STILL nobody had any answers as to when the issue would be solved.

This morning, guess what- same issue. I call xbox live, the engineers are "aware" of the problem and it "should be fixed in a few hours." Well, its been more than a few hours and this Xbox is still not working, all because the one tool (EIB Subscriptions)
Xbox Live uses to handle contract accounts isn't working. Nobody has a clue as to when this is going to be fixed. I have spent 6+ hours on the phone, I have tried to use every available contact tool to get this fixed, and not a single person from Xbox live
has any info or even a workaround to clear up the situation.

Hmm is a class action law suit in order here ....pay us all back for our loss of service!!!

Xbox live is a service and you essentialy signed a contract when signing up for Xbox live and accepting the Terms of Service. Read it someday......

You violated a legally binding contract with clearly laid out stipulations. Microsoft could have banned your console from Xbox LIVE permanently so $10 isn't really that much.

Xbox LIVE is intended to be a G-rated family environment, as such profane, vulgar, sexual, racist, or hateful terms are not allowed. It is your responsibility to read the contracts you sign as it is your responsibility to accept punishment for breach of contract.
As a business owner I'm sure you can understand contractual obligation.

Putting Fallout into your Xbox 360 is a contract is essentially a contract saying that you will be willing to spend 50+ hours into the game. Please read through the Terms and Conditions and check that you have read them.

Ok, that means that you failed to pay your subscription to Xbox Live gold, The site does not exist because it is a program that ended many years ago, but in theory when renewing the subscription with the account you made the contract you should be able to solve it
