Are Xbox Quests even real?

I am certain that I finished Novembers Xbox Quests, but I have never received my reward. I contacted support in December and they told me to keep waiting. It's now February and today the support chat told me they don't have anything to do with it and can't
help, so they directed me to tweet Xbox Rewards who then also told me they have nothing to do with it and can't help. Since there is no actual contact info for the team that is over quests, I guess this is the only place to try.

So what's the deal? Looks like there are a number of people on here who have not received rewards? Why is there no way for us to track our own progress? Why is there no transparency on how this program works? Who is even running this? When will I receive
my November reward? Is everyone else getting the run around when they look into this? Why is this advertised right up front there in the games with gold section when it has such poor support and followthrough?

This whole program seems sketch and not at all like Xbox. Please advise.

As everyone else has said, I make sure all the side quests are done before I even consider the main quest.

 

Xbox Quests

When Xbox Quests were first launched, I was told they were two entities?

Game pass Quests and Xbox Live quests

In November 2018, are they still two different sets of quests or are they merged now?

Since the beginning of October, I havent been able to find the quest trackers on Xbox One, is there a bug that doesnt allow users to track them? And where can I track active quests?

Lastly, are the november quests active yet?
