are Xbox One sales improving?

I'm still not sure why sales mean so much to some. Of course it's great for fanboys from either side to be able to get one over the other party to be able to say ... "We have sold more" .... or .... "Our game outsold your game" .... it helps them justify
their decision, the problem is here if this is what makes them feel better about it then surely they have chosen wrong, if your enjoying the console for the enjoyment it gives you then it shouldn't matter whether it's sold more or less than it's rival right?

I'm not saying sales don't matter, no-one wants to be stuck with a console that isn't doing well, fact is XB1 isn't selling as well as PS4 at this time but it's still outsold the 360 in the same time period and that was an overall success so XB1 can still
look forward to a bright future with loads of developers on board, fantastic games already out there with tons more to come.

Again though, the majority of these discussions is all about the fanboys trying to out do one another and again their missing out on so much really as they seem to spend more time arguing about it all rather than playing. I have friends/family who own PS4,
never heard none of them say they enjoy it more knowing it's sold more, people like me who mainly play XB1, never heard any of them say they enjoy it any less knowing it's sold less than it's rival because if they did they really need to wake up and have a
good think as to why they chose what they did, for the enjoyment it gives or be able to say .... "Mine is shinier than yours" ...

How is Forza pay to win? Yes there are extra cars you can download for a price if you want but you certainly don't need them to win,i've been doing perfectly fine without any of them.

Exactly what I was thinking! I haven't purchased a single extra for Forza 5 at all. I seem to be doing just fine

How is Forza pay to win? Yes there are extra cars you can download for a price if you want but you certainly don't need them to win,i've been doing perfectly fine without any of them.

 

PS4 will most likely will not relases there. Because you can't used it as STB for TV.

 

Another reason be that china and japan are not friend's. And tend not tread with each other.

The main benefit to one console outselling the other is simply a larger player base on the games you enjoy. For single player games this doesn't matter but with multiplayer games it can make a difference in whether your favorite game mode or favorite map
for example always have plenty of numbers particularly at off peak hours of the day such as early morning hours.

If you're in the US though the player base for Xbox One is plenty big enough compared to PS4 as there isn't that huge disparity of 2:1 you see in say Europe and so for US players the experience will be pretty much the same on either platform. In fact I find
the Xbox player base for FPS's at least to be better on XB1 than PS4 simply due to the fact there's more Halo, COD players whereas Playstation used to always be more about other genres like RPG's so not as many MLG type FPS gamers.

 

Its the little kids who like to compare but means naff all to me xbox one selling great games look great and the people are friendly i have gamed with.had ps4 sold ps4 brother now has a ps4 he enjoys it but he doesn't slag the xb1 one off he likes both

So last gen we had the 360 probably more popular in the USA than the ps3 due to the face xbox live was 10x better than PSN. However, this Gen do you think Xbox Live is still more popular than PSN comparing Xbox one Xbox Live to PS4 PSN?

well im selling my ps4 to get a x1, cause ps4 is boring and x360 was way more fun

I think they are. Especially since they have all of their top titles coming out. COD:AW, HALO:MCC, GTA5, & Sunset Overdrive. Next year is going to be huge. The Division, RSV: Siege, Quentum Break, Halo 5 will be releasing throughout 2015. It's going to be
a big year for MS. Not to mention that the system updates that Microsoft is coming out with every month will really boost sales to because people will start seeing the improvements they made since launch.

 

To answer the thread title's question quite simply and succinctly: yes; every single day.
