Are Xbox Live Enforcement Actions permanently on an account

Once you get enforcement actions on your account, once they are complete, do they forever remain on your account, or do they go away at some point?

XBL suspension abit too harsh? or justified?

That may not mean you are permanently banned.

You can log on to the enforcement site to see what kind of enforcement action you have on your account

i cant tranfer my licenses on my banned gamertag is there any way to do it

Nope when an account is permanently banned you forfeit all rights to that account

Live life and play fair and you will never have to worry about enforcement action again

I apologize but once an enforcement action has been taken against an account, the history of that action will remain visible on the account's enforcement history page. It is designed to be a permanent record of any violations of the Xbox Live Code of Conduct that have occurred on the account. However, depending on the severity of the violation, the enforcement history may be visible for a limited time, as per Xbox policies which are usually 6 months.

I do feel that even though the suspension would have lifted before it was reviewed, the fact that any enforcement action has a permanent effect on your Xbox Live account means that it should be possible to ask for a review for all enforcement actions.

the Enforcement Team are only human and mistakes do happen, otherwise there wouldn't be the option to appeal decisions and enforcement actions would never be overturned, but this does happen.
